Retainer Agreement Upfront for Consulting Fees so there is no confusion!

We do not charge any up-front consulting fee without putting a detailed retainer agreement in place, you pay the embassy's processing fee toogether with an retainer installment to initiate the process. The second installment of our consulting fee is not paid until you receive a file number issued by the Canadian embassy confirming the receipt of your documents and the application processing fee.

The Visa could take anywhere from 12-36 months, depending upon the visa post, volume of applications and availability of the staff etc. In USA and most of the European countries the processing time is about 12-18 months and in most of the Asian countries this time frame is about 24-36 months.

In the event the interview is waived, the processing time could be much shorter. Majority of our applications have received interview waivers.

In order to initiate the immigration process, you simply sign a fee agreement, send us all the supporting documents along with a bank draft for the embassy application processing fee payable to The Receiver General for Canada/Canadian High Commission and an authorization letter to represent you, we will immediately start the immigration process.

After 45-90 days of submitting the application, the Canadian embassy will issue a file number confirming the receipt of your documents and the processing fee. At that point you are asked to pay the first installment of our consulting fee.
